Type 1DCS RHR Quick Action Deadbolt can be used as a standard lock or a deadbolt in times of crisis. Anyone can activate by using a red button set on the inside of the door. Outside lever does not change when red button is pressed, meaning security stays stealth if intruder is present. Designed for doors that opens right and swings the outside of the room when opened. Secures with two mortise cylinders, both internal and external, and can be opened with a standard key (included). This is a type 1 deadbolt, however, meaning the door does not automatically lock if someone presses the door lever to let themself out. Use on doors with 8-inch Mortise Openings.
