Description
Science First Ballistic Pendulum featuring durable metal construction helps demonstrate the conservation of momentum with a spring gun fixed on base that fires projectiles at 3 speeds, steel ball, pendulum and block with mass of 80 grams and scale and pointer to indicate highest point of swing, and instructions. Launching the ball into the pendulum block causes it to swing while letting students to calculate the projectile’s initial velocity and post-collision kinetic energy.
